Munna Ike discusses his new album, growing up in O-Block and struggles with fatherhood and grief

In the song, “Live From The Ghetto,” Ikee says, “I was broke down in the ghetto / sold my first **** in the ghetto / let off my first round in the ghetto / & i’m still reporting live from the ghetto.” Ikee details various moments that shaped him into the person he is today; reflecting on the place he’s called home for the majority of his life. Ikee passionately talks about these moments, and details the life he’s lived for the people who judge from the outside looking in.
