Dannie Gotit talks about peace, his album “Para Mode” and his faith

Afrobeats artist, Dannie Gotit, slides on us to discuss his latest project “Para Mode,” why he chose to pursue Aerobats over traditional hip-hop, choosing to leave relationships for peace, and always putting God first.

In the song, “Broken Record” Dannie says, “If I tell you how I feel / its like a broken record / cause I then told you & told you & told you / tried to mold you, but you gave me a cold shoulder.” Dannie reflects on a time in his life where relationships brought chaos. Often times, we try to express to people the issues we have; however, we can’t explain our issues to someone that doesn’t want to see their own flaws. We need to learn that we can’t tell the right thing to the wrong person... no matter how bad we want them to see our view.
