Chicago Artist Chelsea B discusses using art to heal, loving herself and overcoming doubt from herself and others

Chicago Artist, @chelseab128 , slides to @pvtstck to discuss creating House of Chelsea B, healing through art, learning to love herself, and overcoming doubts from everyone (even herself).

In the song, “Getting Older,” Billie Eilish says, “Things I’m longing for, someday I’ll be bored of / it’s so weird / that we care so much until we don’t.” This lesson continues to follow suit in many ways. From relationships we chase, to accomplishments we always dreamed of. Sometimes the thing we chased for so long isn’t meant to be the thing that makes us happy... it’s meant to be the bridge to what we truly want.

Also discussed: Learning to forgive yourself, trusting God’s plan, walking away from relationships that no longer serve you.
