HotBlock JMOE on overcoming trauma, being a father and working with Polo G and more

Chicago rapper, @hotblock_jmoe , comes through to discuss his latest album “After Darkness,” working with @nolimitherbo & Polo G, relationship with God, overcoming mental struggles, and the importance of fatherhood.

In the song, “God Promise,” Hotblock Jmoe reflects on the moments where he ran away from the problems he had in life. Jmoe refused to address the hurt & struggles he had to overcome; thus, making it harder for him to grow. Now, Jmoe revisits the trauma he’s gone through. With God’s guidance he realized the things he needed to change in order to be the best version of himself.
