RecoeChi Talks FIRST ALBUM “Flavaz”

Chicago rapper, RecoeChi, slides to PVTSTCK for his second sit down. This time around Recoe visits with his debut album "Flavaz," already released! From discussing the trauma he was forced to overcome, to the importance of community, and failed relationships; Recoe is here to discuss each piece that went into the creation of "Flavaz."

On the song, "Da Godly," Recoe says, “I’m feeling impulsive / feel like I'm finally ready to / read off my scars / ain’t feeling repulsive." Recoe has grown to a point where he wears his scars proudly. Allowing them to tell his story with pride, rather than being ashamed of the moments that have led him here. Often, we hide our flaws & scars because we're scared the world will view them as ugly; however, these are the marks that have made us who we are.
