Member of Pivot Gang, daedaePIVOT, slides to PVTSTCK to discuss importance of Pivot Gang, Winning his first grammy, healing from traumatic losses, and learning to love himself after a breakup.
In the song, "Busy/Sirens," Saba says, “Jesus got killed for our sins / Walter for killed for a coat / im trynna cope, but its a part go me gone,” this traumatic experience continues to follow each member of Pivot Gang; Dae Dae speaks on the ways he's coped with loss although he realizes part of him will forever be missing. Dae Dae likens his process with grief as moving away from the trauma; however, prior to this year he never made the intentional steps to address the issues that came with it.
